QAcc Tool (Under Development)                    



Summary

The QAcc tool lets you apply a tool chain to a simulated data set with known locations and unit numbers, to quantify the errors in spike sorting in terms of false alarms and miss probabilities.

Details

The QAcc tool uses the output from the CreateSimulation tool, which produces a simulated data set with characteristics closely matching a particular data set. QAcc performs a specified workspace analysis on the simulated data. Since the data are simulated, the time-of-occurrence is known for each unit in the population and error rates can be quantified and also qualitatively examined.
