Prior to using Assign2Cluster, you will use the FeatureExtract tool to extract features from the candidate fragments. Once features are extracted, you’ll move to one of the “cluster” tools, either Assign2Cluster or KMeansCluster, to group related spikes. The major use of Assign2Cluster is as a substitute for KMeansCluster in a workspace that will be used for ProcessAll. (KMeansCluster is not compatible with the ProcessAll functionality.) Assign2Cluster assigns the input features to the input cluster centers.
